You run the largest deals in Poland and own the quality of the sales process across the team.

The sales team in Poland is growing, and with it the need for someone to run the largest and most complex deals and to back up the more junior salespeople. We are looking for an experienced person who combines a pipeline of their own with responsibility for the quality of the sales process across the team.

Deine Aufgaben

Running the sales process independently for the largest and most complex customers in Poland.
Mentoring and backing up junior salespeople — joint calls, proposal reviews, feedback.
Helping define the standards of the sales process: lead qualification, proposal structure, the ROI argument.
Building and maintaining relationships with key accounts before a contract is signed.
Working with account management on handing over the largest customers.
Reporting sales results and forecasts to the management team.

Das bringst du mit

At least 3 to 4 years in B2B sales, including closing large and complex deals independently.
Experience supporting and mentoring other salespeople, formally or informally.
Ability to build relationships at the operational and the management level.
Good communication, and the ability to turn product features into business benefits for the customer.
Familiarity with the Polish food production, catering or a related market.
Willingness to travel occasionally to customers in Poland.

Von Vorteil

Experience selling into manufacturing or industry.
Familiarity with CRM tools and with building sales processes.
English good enough to work with the product team and the US team.
