You run Factory Brain sales in Poland, from first contact to a signed contract.

You sell Factory Brain to food production, catering and institutional catering companies in Poland — from first contact to a signed contract. The pipeline is growing faster than the current sales team can work through it, so we are looking for someone to run the sales process end to end, not only to close a lead handed over by marketing.

Deine Aufgaben

Running the sales process from first contact to a signed contract with customers in Poland (food production, catering, institutional canteens).
Building and maintaining the sales pipeline — prospecting, cold outreach, industry networking.
Running product demonstrations and preparing proposals tailored to the customer.
Preparing savings calculations and the business case for the customer.
Working with account management on handing over signed customers.
Following the market and identifying new segments and potential customers.

Das bringst du mit

At least 1 to 2 years in B2B sales (SaaS, industrial services, consulting).
Ability to run the whole sales process independently.
Comfort with cold outreach and with building a pipeline from scratch.
Good communication, and the ability to turn product features into business benefits for the customer.
Familiarity with the Polish food production or catering market, or readiness to get up to speed quickly.
Willingness to travel occasionally to customers in Poland.

Von Vorteil

Experience selling into manufacturing or industry.
Familiarity with CRM tools.
English good enough to work with the product team.
