Implementation Consultant

Take customers from a process map to the day their kitchen plans production in INVO instead of a spreadsheet.

Über die Rolle

An implementation here starts with understanding how the customer actually works, not with switching modules on. We describe the process as it is, design the one it should become, and only then configure the system. We are looking for someone to run that cycle across several customers at once, and to hold it together when the floor turns out to work differently from what was agreed in the meeting room.

Deine Aufgaben

Map customer processes — production, purchasing, inventory, issuing — and design their target shape in the system.
Configure INVO to the agreed process, and make sure the starting data is complete before go-live.
Train the people who will use it: shift managers, warehouse staff, planners, dietitians.
Act as the customer’s first point of contact during the rollout and through the first weeks after go-live.
Bring what you learn on site back to the team building the product.

Das bringst du mit

Experience implementing business systems, or running projects on the customer side of one.
Ability to hold a conversation with both a board member and a production shift manager — two different languages.
Comfort running several implementations in parallel and keeping them to schedule.
Willingness to travel to customer sites across Poland on a regular basis.
A category B driving license.

Von Vorteil

Familiarity with food production, healthcare foodservice or institutional dining.
Experience with ERP, MES or WMS systems, as either a consultant or a user.
English good enough to work on an international rollout.
