You look after a portfolio of Polish customers so that they realise the savings we promised and renew.

The most important part starts once the contract is signed — keeping and growing the relationship so that the customer actually realises the savings and improvements we promised. We are looking for an Account Manager to take over a portfolio of Polish customers: day-to-day support, spotting new areas to improve, and ownership of renewals.

Deine Aufgaben

Day-to-day care of the portfolio of customers in Poland running Factory Brain.
Regular reviews of customer operating results, and recommendations on how to get more out of the system.
Diagnosing operational problems at the customer and proposing solutions based on what the product can do.
Working with the product team to pass on customer needs and feedback.
Running renewals and contract expansions, including upsell of new modules.
Building long-term relationships at the operational and managerial level.

Das bringst du mit

At least 2 years as an Account Manager, in Customer Success or a comparable B2B role.
Ability to manage a customer portfolio independently and to own retention.
Understanding of operational processes in production, warehousing or foodservice, or readiness to get up to speed quickly.
An analytical approach to customer work — reading operational data and drawing conclusions from it.
Strong communication skills, and the ability to build trust at different levels of the customer organisation.
Willingness to travel occasionally to customers in Poland.

Von Vorteil

Experience in catering, food production or logistics.
Familiarity with CRM tools and the basics of working with data (Excel, SQL).
English good enough to work with the product team.
