INVO is building its sales playbook for the American market, and every decision — pricing, which segments to prioritise, the ROI argument — needs solid numbers behind it. We are looking for a business analyst to support the US sales and account management teams with analysis, case studies and calculations built for the American customer.

Deine Aufgaben

Preparing the business analysis behind the sales process in the US: case studies, ROI calculations, cost analysis.
Analysing the operations of prospects and existing customers in the US, and identifying where Factory Brain delivers savings.
Working with sales and account management on proposals and sales material.
Monitoring and reporting the results of deployments at American customers.
Working with the analytics and product teams in Poland to adapt material to the US market.
Following the market, competitors and industry regulation in the US.

Das bringst du mit

At least 2 years as a business analyst, consultant or in a comparable role, preferably in B2B SaaS.
Ability to work with operational and financial data and to build models and calculations (advanced Excel or Google Sheets, SQL welcome).
Experience working with B2B customers, or an understanding of how the US B2B market works.
Ability to run an analytical project independently, from gathering requirements to recommendations.
Native or business-level English.
Comfort working in a team split between the US and Poland, across time zones.

Von Vorteil

Experience in foodservice, manufacturing, retail or logistics in the US.
Experience in a startup or scale-up at an early stage of entering a market.
Basic SQL or BI tools.
