Forecasting models and analysis in Factory Brain are not an add-on to the product — they feed the Demand and Forecasting module, which production plans and purchase orders come out of, and the reports customers base operational decisions on. We are looking for an analyst who combines the craft (SQL, Python) with the understanding that a missed demand forecast costs the customer real money.

Deine Aufgaben

Analysing production and operational data — food cost, labour cost, operational errors, purchasing savings — to find patterns and make recommendations.
Supporting the development and evaluation of the demand forecasting models customers rely on.
Building and maintaining dashboards and operational reports for customers and internal teams.
Working with sales and account management on how effective a deployment has been.
Defining and monitoring the key product and business metrics.
Ad hoc analysis supporting sales and product decisions.

Das bringst du mit

At least 2 years as a data analyst or data scientist.
Fluency in SQL and Python (pandas, the basics of scikit-learn) for analysis that goes beyond simple queries.
Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI or similar).
Working knowledge of statistics: hypothesis testing, trend analysis, the basics of time series forecasting.
Ability to turn analytical results into language the business and non-technical customers understand.
English good enough to work with international material and an international team.

Experience in foodservice, retail or manufacturing.
Working knowledge of time series models and demand forecasting.
Experience working directly with B2B customers.
