Senior Account Manager — US Market

You run the most strategic relationships in the US and own how well the whole team serves customers.

With the first larger customers in the US comes the need for someone to own the most strategic relationships and to back up the less experienced account managers on the team. We are looking for a senior who combines a portfolio of their own with responsibility for how well the whole US team serves its customers.

مهامك

Looking after the largest and most strategic customers in the US.
Mentoring and backing up the less experienced account managers on the US team.
Running the harder conversations about renewals, contract expansion and escalations.
Helping shape how the account management team works in the American market.
Working with the product team to prioritise feedback from the largest customers.
Reporting retention and expansion results to the management team.

ما نبحث عنه

At least 4 to 5 years in account management or customer success in B2B SaaS.
Experience managing a portfolio of key or strategic customers independently.
Experience supporting and mentoring others on a team, formally or informally.
Ability to build relationships at management level.
Native or business-level English.
Comfort working in a team split between the US and Poland.

يُفضَّل

Experience in manufacturing, foodservice, retail or supply chain in the US.
Advanced knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot).
Experience building an account management process from scratch in a new market.
