Sales Representative — US Market

You build the INVO sales pipeline in the US, from research to handover to account management.

INVO is entering the American market and is looking for someone to help build the sales pipeline there — from research and first contact to handing the customer over to account management. This is a role for someone who likes working in a new market that is still being built, without an established brand or a shelf of references behind them.

مهامك

Prospecting and cold outreach to potential customers in the US (food production, catering, foodservice).
Running the first sales conversations and qualifying leads.
Preparing sales material and presentations adapted to the US market.
Building and maintaining the sales pipeline in the CRM.
Working with account management on handing over qualified customers.
Following the market and competitors in the US, and feeding what you see back into the go-to-market strategy.

ما نبحث عنه

At least 1 to 2 years in B2B sales, preferably in outbound and prospecting.
Comfort with cold outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn) and with unqualified leads.
Good organisation and discipline in running a pipeline.
Strong communication skills in English (native or business level).
Comfort working in a team split between the US and Poland, across time zones.

يُفضَّل

Experience selling into manufacturing, foodservice or retail in the US.
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot).
Experience in a startup or scale-up entering a new market.
