Data Engineer (PL)

You build the pipelines that carry warehouse and production line data into models and reports.

Data in Factory Brain comes from customer systems — warehouses, production lines, ordering systems. Before it reaches analytical models, dashboards or customer reports, it has to pass through well-designed pipelines. We are looking for someone to own that layer: from integrating the sources, through modelling, to keeping data quality up as the number of customers grows.

مهامك

Designing and maintaining the data pipelines that feed the analytical modules and the forecasting models.
Integrating data from customer systems (ERP, WMS, point-of-sale and ordering systems) into a shared data model.
Keeping data correct and consistent: validation, monitoring, alerting on anomalies.
Working with the analytics team to expose data in ready-to-use formats.
Optimising the cost and performance of data processing as the number of customers grows.
Documenting data models and the standards for working with data across the company.

ما نبحث عنه

At least 2 to 3 years as a data engineer.
Fluency in SQL and experience with data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift).
Experience with pipeline orchestration tools (Airflow, Dagster or similar).
Python for building pipelines and transforming data.
Understanding of data modelling: dimensional modelling, and the raw, staging and mart layers.
English good enough to work in an international team.

يُفضَّل

Experience with operational and production data (IoT, MES systems, data from production lines).
Familiarity with dbt or similar transformation tools.
Experience with stream processing (Kafka, Kinesis).
