Data Analyst / Data Scientist — US Market

Expanding into the American market calls for analytics that speaks the language of local customers and local operational benchmarks. We are looking for a remote data analyst for the team serving the US, supporting both the sales process (pre-deployment analysis, ROI) and the day-to-day work with customers already running Factory Brain in the United States.

مهامك

Preparing the operational and financial analysis behind sales in the US: savings calculations, benchmarks.
Building dashboards and reports for American customers, adapted to local specifics (units, formats, industry regulation).
Analysing customer operational data to find areas to improve: labour cost, food cost, operational errors.
Working closely with the sales and account management teams covering the US market.
Working with the data team in Poland on shared analytical standards.
Supporting data-driven sales material: case studies, presentations for customer boards.

ما نبحث عنه

At least 2 years as a data or business analyst, or as a data scientist, preferably in B2B SaaS or an operational environment.
Fluency in SQL and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
Advanced, independent work with data in Excel or Google Sheets.
Ability to communicate analytical results to non-technical people, including customer boards.
Experience working with American customers, or an understanding of how the US B2B market works.
Readiness to work in a team split between the US and Poland, across time zones.

يُفضَّل

Experience in foodservice, manufacturing, retail or logistics in the US.
Python (pandas) for more involved analysis.
Experience in a startup or scale-up at an early stage of entering a market.
