Senior Business Analyst (PL)

You own the quality and consistency of analysis across the team, not only your own projects.

About the role

A growing number of customers and deployments in Poland means a growing number of analyses, case studies and ROI calculations, and they can no longer be produced ad hoc. We are looking for a senior to own the quality and consistency of business analysis across the team, and to back up the less experienced analysts.

What you will do

Running the most complex business analysis behind large and strategic deals in Poland.
Defining how case studies, ROI calculations and cost analysis are prepared across the team.
Mentoring and backing up the less experienced business analysts.
Working with sales, account management and product on the most important customers.
Monitoring and reporting the aggregate results of deployments at customers in Poland.
Following market trends and competitors, and supporting the sales strategy.

What we are looking for

At least 4 years as a business analyst, consultant or in a comparable role.
Experience running complex analytical projects independently, from gathering requirements to strategic recommendations.
Experience supporting and mentoring other analysts, formally or informally.
Advanced work with operational and financial data (Excel or Google Sheets, SQL).
Experience with B2B customers, preferably in manufacturing, foodservice or retail.
English good enough to work with the product team and the US team.

Nice to have

Familiarity with catering, food production or logistics.
Experience in a scale-up or a technology company in a growth phase.
Experience building analytical standards and processes in a team.
